Service Policies

Your appointments are very important to Gleaming Goddess Hair Lounge, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes
schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are asked to please give at least 48-hours notice when rescheduling services so that other customers have the opportunity to book in your place. Should you be unable to provide a minimum of 48-hours notice or a no-show, Gleaming Goddess Hair Lounge reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the cost of scheduled services.

First time Goddesses
​
To ensure your Beautiful Glow, inside & out, all new Goddesses interested in extensive hair color services ( balayage, ombre, color correction or vivid colors ) and hair extension services shall have a complimentary consultation to discuss your hair goals and hair history before beginning our hair journey together.
Confirmation/Guarantee
New clients will be asked to provide a $100.00 deposit (which will go towards the service) in order to reserve an appointment for any service(s) that are lengthy; such as: balayage, vivid color, color correction, relaxers, combo services, etc. The $100 deposit is non-refundable for No shows or last minute cancellations
Gratuities
Gratuities are always appreciated and is accepted in cash. We cannot accept gratuity on credit cards.
