Service Policies
At Gleaming Goddess Hair Lounge, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedules can change, so we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or “no-shows” may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled services.
First-Time Guests & Consultation Policy
For first-time Goddesses booking extensive color services, corrective color, or hair extensions, a consultation is required prior to booking your service appointment. Consultations are complimentary and allow us to discuss your hair goals, review your hair history, assess the current condition of your hair, and create a personalized plan for achieving your desired look.
Please note that consultation appointments are scheduled separately and services will not be performed the same day as the consultation. This ensures adequate time for proper planning, product selection, and scheduling to provide the best possible results.
Deposits & Booking
A deposit is required to reserve all appointments and is collected through our online booking system. Deposits will be applied toward your scheduled service total.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable for no-shows, same-day cancellations, or appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
